Neo, grammar?

I'm not exactly sure what language did you use writing that intro page with March 8th congrats.

Funny looking face on the background (good it's not on the foreground ;))) and a stunning phrase in front:
"C 8 MAPTAM!"

What the poop is that? If it's ukrainian then nothing against it - I'm not a pro in that, maybe it's alright.
But if it's Russian (which is more appropriate here), then you've made a very visible mistake. No offense, this is the correct version:
"C 8 MAPTA!!!"
