Hi Stas.
I will try to give you a definition. After you opened this site you see "Communities" Under the "Communities" there is written: "Brat 3: ACTR students in America." you click it. After you see on the top: "Directory/Help/Search/Login/Register/Chat(5 Chatters) you click where it says:"Chat" and begin to chat. I hope I explained you with the easiest way and you'll get. If you have any other stupid questions like that just ask, we are always welcome to help you (I just kidding about "stupid" I can understand people who hever had chated before,) but if you really need a help you may ask. I have been nicely surprized to see that someone is looking for me. Thanks a lot for you care. Usually I am at classes, at cafeteria, in the Computer lab or at home sleeping.
