Alincho, nice to meet you too

After age of 15 people`s brains become less flexible so it`s much harder to get rid of the accent then.

Hi Cru,
I like your accent topic. You know I hated my accent while in US and Americans told me it's cool and exotic...
Anyway, I used every way to get rid of it. I like other people's accents, but I don't want to have one myself, u menia navernoe na etom punktik I think a journalist (which I'm studying for) can't afford having an accent. I always felt a little uncomfortable when going to interview someone in US. People start wondering where I'm from and things like that, when they should be a main point of the discussion, not me.
And Cru, where in US do u live?

Hi Julz!
Yeah, you got the point there...
Especially I hated my accent during Speech class. But then I started to realize that little by little I`m getting rid of it..
P.S. I`m from Crooklyn NY
