Seeking participants for a Telephone Speech Research Study Are you a native speaker of one of these languages? Aceh, Amharic, Bengali, Burmese, Chechen, Chinese (Shanghai Wu, Cantonese, Min Nan Hua/Taiwanese), Farsi, Georgian, Guarani, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Lao, Punjabi, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, Tigrigna, Urdu, Uzbek , or Vietnamese If so, the Linguistic Data Consortium of the University of Pennsylvania invites you to participate in MIXER - a new telephone speech data study supporting linguistic research, education and technology development. As a MIXER Participant you will talk on the telephone with other participants for ten minutes, in either English or your native language. Receive up to $280 in compensation for your participation. Participant identification information is strictly confidential and used only for payment purposes.
