Programme Coordinator Description: The Russian Mangers Association (RMA), leading and fast growing union of professional business leaders, is seeking person to fill the position of a Programme Coordinator. Responsibilities The Programme Coordinator will work directly with RMA’s members, ensuring effective and productive communication and responding to member requests. He/she will have responsibility for the following activities: - Conducting research and analysis of business opportunities’ issues, including ongoing monitoring of English and Russian-language media; - Project planning & supervising for the activities within the Programme; - Execute project assignments, supervise the implementation of project tasks by junior staff and be responsible for coordinating the work of various ad-hoc project teams; - Writing various business documents and media materials; - Designing and implementing marketing strategy; - Overseeing and managing project subcontractors; - Organizing Programme events; - Programme reporting.
