Description: The Russian Mangers Association (RMA), leading and fast growing union
of professional business leaders, is seeking person to fill the position of a
Programme Coordinator. The selected individual will assist the Programme Managers
with all aspects of assigned programme management and participate in the development
of new opportunities for RMA members.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Personal characteristics

- Be a self-starter;
- Have the ability to think creatively and see a "big picture" and ability to
multitask are a must;
- Be energetic and resourceful, be ready to work long hours to meet deadlines;
- Be prepared to work independently with minimum supervision and take personal
responsibility for the assigned project;
- Have a project-oriented mindset and modus operandi.

Entry skills profile

- Project management;
- Excellent analytical and research skills;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Russian.

Background profile

- Previous work experience (including practical assignments) is a definite plus;
- Be an individual who follows the Russia’s political and economic situation and is
capable of identifying and promoting issues most crucial for the development of the
Russian business community;
- 23-30 years old, University degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities
The Programme Coordinator will work directly with RMA’s members, ensuring effective
and productive communication and responding to member requests. He/she will have
responsibility for the following activities:

- Conducting research and analysis of business opportunities’ issues, including
ongoing monitoring of English and Russian-language media;
- Project planning & supervising for the activities within the Programme;
- Execute project assignments, supervise the implementation of project tasks by
junior staff and be responsible for coordinating the work of various ad-hoc project
teams;
- Writing various business documents and media materials;
- Designing and implementing marketing strategy;
- Overseeing and managing project subcontractors;
- Organizing Programme events;
- Programme reporting.

Program Manager

Organization:

The Moscow School of Political Studies is an independent, non-governmental,
not-for-profit organization. It was set up in 1992 with the support of the Council
of Europe to promote the development of democratic institutions and Civil Society in
Russia. The School's Founder and Director is Elena Nemirovskaya. The School a number
of seminars every year in Russia, Europe and the USA.

The School is attended by young regional leaders: deputies of regional legislatures,
public figures, elected officials, journalists and successful businessmen.

The graduates are awarded a Council of Europe diploma in Strasburg.

The Program Manager will work as a part of a team of Moscow School of Political
Studies.

Required qualifications:

• Higher education in management, or in public administration, or in social sciences
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in academic writing in English
• Experience in project management with international partners
• Experience in Office computer programs
• Excellent communication and team personal characteristics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordination of MSPS educational events
• Conducting logistical support to MSPS activities
• Extensive communication with MSPS partners in EU, Russia and USA.
• Drafting program documentation of MSPS activities
• Drafting narrative reports to numerous donor organizations
• Extensive interaction with MSPS staff
