Long-term training course "Diversity and Cohesion"

The long-term training course "Diversity and Cohesion" aims to:

Train and empower minority youth leaders and youth workers to develop local
youth projects and associative strategies aimed at promoting social
cohesion and the respect for cultural diversity across Europe.

It is organized by the Directorate of Youth and Sport of the Council of
Europe. It will consist of 3 phases: initial training seminar (14-27 March
2004, European Youth Centre Budapest), project phase (April 2004-January
2005, run in participants countries and organizations), and consolidation
seminar (14-28 February, European Youth Centre Strasbourg) where
participants projects will be evaluated and the course follow-up will be
prepared.
