I know that international students after the completions of their studies have the possibility of working in their field during a year in order to gain the experience. I just have a problem = my visa expired. Is that a problem when you want to apply for the OPT. All my other documents are fine. I have a valid I-20, valid passport (expired visa though). Even though I am a good student, can that stop me from being granted the OPT permit? Someone please can answer this question! I am in my last year of studies, I really need to know. |
