my story is like this.. well ever since i was like 12 i wanted to go to study in the us.. im studying now for the toefl exam which ill take in a month or so..my question is about getting the student visa.. Im venezuelian..and i moved to Israel 8 years ago..but not as a citizien..with a tourist visa.. now i dont know where to apply for the student visa..do i need to apply from venezuela or from israel? and i know the have a question about strong ties to your originally country..what do i say? my family will stay in israel..but without citizenship..any advice will be thankfull please helpppp me thanks in advance!! |

You can apply to any consulate you want. However you are advised to apply in the country of your permanent residence. Which mean you will be better off applying in Venezuela. |
