Certainly. There are a lot of students in the U.S. who are not of "traditional" age, but are pursuing some course of study. 'No laws against it. 'Just get on the internet & find a program that interests you. |

If you don't care about getting a degree you could try finding a school that offers Continuing Education courses. Some of them would give you an F-1 visa. They are cheaper and less stressful than degree studies. |
