I am going to be applying to my local community college. I have been in Virginia for two years now, but have not been attending the school I came to the US to attend under f1 student visa due to financial diffulties. I cannot transfer so i plan on starting all over. However, I am not sure whether to apply to the community college as a foreign student or whether to tell them i am an illegal alien. Will they accept me as an illegal alien? Am i eligible for financial aid? Can i apply for instate tuition? |
