well, you can... as long as the company doesn't make a profit. (in essence foreign students are not allowed to profit from businesses they own/control) It is however possible to profit from investing in stocks...etc You may invest via a company you own. The essential difference being you can't control stocks, but you can control your company. Note : IANAL and this is not legal advice. Please consult an immigration lawyer |
