Under current INS policy. If you had an expired F-1 visa/status, your only option is Re-Instatement which require you to have an interview with INS, your sucess rate base on your story = 0%.
You should have thought about being more responsible with your status long time ago.

I spoke with Immigrations this morning regarding all your questions, they informed me that we are not allowed to enroll any non US citizens that are not in status with Immigrations. My answer to you would be no, we will not allow you to enroll at Gulf Coast without an F-1.

why! God damn, I just need some understanding from
people! She could close her eyes on my status!
What should I do now, are there any colleges in the USA, which would take me?

Generally, colleges do not make decisions about admission based on the immigration status of a person. This is clearly stated in the NAFSA Code Of Ethics. It is considered "non- ethical" by NAFSA standard.

Just go to admission office directly and register courses you want as a US resident. As long as you don't ask for an I-20s , they wouldn't know !

Thank you for the advice, I will try it out, think it's going to work in some parts of this state, hopefully. I will just wait a couple month to save some money anyway. I heard that there was an INS bus visiting the local community
college recently, target - illegal students
INS BUS just picked them up and carried away to unknown
direction. I don't want to repeate that at this college. Will just wait some time and try it out in different town. Man, that's 11 September's echo...
Can't they just understand that not the all students are terrorist!
