I was born in Australia and I live there, but I have dual citizenship to the US and Australia (because my mom is American). If I want to study at a US college, am I considered to be an international student or not? |

If you already have a US passport then you have no
problems. If you don't, then you'll need to contact the US consulate to see what you need to do to get one. If you are a legal citizen of the United States then you can register as a regular student even though you reside abroad. |
