Hello everybody, I have one question in mind. I know that you have heard about the El Salvador earthquake. Well, INS have granted all Salvadorans Temporary Protective Status and allowing them to obtain Employment Authorization. Can I change status from TPS/Employment Authorization to an F-1 student? As soon as my application is approved?

Why not just stay on TPS until it ends? Then apply for a change of status. |
