hey guys,
i am german and overstayed my three month tourist visa for one month. i had to go back to germany but i now applied for student visa f1. my college sends i-20 form. but i also worked illegaly before and have to go to court still. that court case is not going to bother me because i had nothing to do w it. do you think they will give me the visa or not? Anybody with similar expereiences? Any other way to reenter the USA? |
