Hello,
I was wondering if any of the rules regarding working offcampus has changed recently. Earlier one could apply to work offcampus before completing 9 months in US..but could work only after the 9 months is complete. Does the rule now state that you HAVE to complete 9 months before applying for an EAD?In that case, most of the international students can't work as a intern or something after two semesters here? Did the rule already exsist and is being strictly enforced now or something can be done about this. Thanks! Sulzer |
