The INS have asked me to show when I first contact the college and when did I submit my appplication. I am on a visitor visa, are they trying to see if my intentions were to study in the US all the time. Is this a good or a bad sign when they request such information? Do the INS stilled grant you the student visa if you have started school before without obtaining a F-1 visa? Because I'm supposed to start school this September and I haven't officially been given a F1 visa as yet. Is that a problem? |
