whats up. A student has completed 2 years of college,graduated but did not get the cerfiticate in hand because money was owed to the school. The student found a very inexpensive college and really wants to continue to get a four year degree at that college. Money is being paid at the first college but slowly.If the first college does not want to release the 2 year transcript, how can that student get in the new college. this question is from an International f1 student with 1-20 form in philadelphia. |
