i have a quick question. Does anybody know if an international student have to pay taxes while working on campus??? thanks alot -lisa |

Yes. No one can escape from taxes. But if you don't earn much, you won't owe much. Ask your advisor at school about taxes.

Yeah... Check this site for details:
http://www.thetaxguy.com/GuideforAliens/bgaliens.html Normally your employer (the school in your case)is supposed to take the tax out of your pay, but it's your responsibility to make sure you pay what you have to pay. And you have to file your tax return in Spring. |
