I am an international student in California. My school requires me to purchase health insurance. I need to find the cheapest one by 2/14; otherwise, I would have to buy it from school or be dropped from my classes. Help me! I just need a short-term one which will last me through this semester. |

Check out www.psiservice.com
They have pretty good rates, and they do have 3-month plan for only $105, which might be the best for your remaining semester. Their insurance meets most of the US schools' requirement, but be sure to double check. Also, ask them if they have the waiver form for your school. If they do, ask them to fill it out and fax/send it to ur school, otherwise ur school won't know that you already have your insurance. If they don't, then you need to provide the waiver form (from your student health dept.) to the insurance company, so they can fill it out for you. If you are in big school, most likely they will have it. Good luck! |
