  Taxes for F-1 Students
Jennifer
I believe I need to pay taxes for any interest I earn at a bank and any work I do on campus.

Is there a special form for this? Is it different from the usual 1040 forms? I believe I was told that foreign students need to pay 30% taxes, regardless of amount of income.

Please advise, thank you!
