Generally I think many banks can give you a student loan as long as you have an American co-signer. Now that I've started looking things up I realized some online companies seem to have changed their policies recently. http://www.iefc.com/intl.html http://www.istudentloan.com/index.html - used to have an option for international students, now hardly gives any info at all. http://www.estudentloan.com/international.asp http://www.internationalstudentloan.com/ - what a name... Kar mentioned here www.saliemae.com, but it doesn't seem to be a valid URL. But I seriously suggest you ask your local Citibank first. By the way could you please tell everyone how an international student can get a resident tuition at least in NJ? It looks like not that many students know about it. Thanks for stopping by. |
