I don't know if it's illegal for me to establish and operate a business. I have some online business on the internet and earn about $1000/month with my social number. I want to register a business name and pay tax. I think i will get trouble if i don't pay tax. But i'm also concern that INS won't allow me to own a business. Please let me know what should i do. |

Introuble |
Law says that F-1 students can't own/operate a business where you can earn money. IRS is more prompt on catching people who do not pay taxes. INS will get more manpower after October to keep track of all the activities it used to overlook before.
This is a just my two cents. |
