I'm gonna make a reistatement in US from F1 to F1.
If the INS approve my reinstatement, am i going to be able to get my OPT? the main reason is for my reinstatement is my 1 semestre off...I didnt go to school for one semestre(out of status) but i was in the school rest of the semestres which means about 12 mo.(not legally but technically) Please give me an answer about that.. |
