  does school reputation really matter?
julietwz
Hi, friends:
I am accepted by both SDSU(San Diego State) and UCSD(U.C. San Diego) for Fall 2002 as a transfer. Financially I have difficulty for UC; however, since my major is computer science, which UCSD has a much better reputation, my friends all suggest me to go to UC instead of State University. Do you really think it matters?

As a SDSU graduate,I will tell you SDSU is a better bet for your money.

I work at INTEL HR department, I've seen countless CSU or SDSU students gets hired everyday ( well, almost everyday).
Send me an resume after you graduate, I will help if you are good !
