ok i semi heard in the news that now immigrants that have been living in a state for more than 3 yrs are allowed to pay tuition as the rest of the residents not as an international student... the thing is that i'm not sure if this works only for the state of Texas, 'cause as i said i couldn't heard the entire news from the beginning... anybody know more about this new law??? does it cover the entire country?

That's not a US law so it may be an individual state. In any case it probably wouldn't apply to non-immimgrants like F-1 students.
Ask your student advisor at school. No harm asking, eh? |
