does anyone know if the attack on sept 11 is going to change the way the green card lottery works? i mean i wonder if they are going to give away as many green cards to middle east people as they used to and if no does that means that if u re european u might have more chances to get one? |

The lottery is done by computer. There is no discussion from the state department or INS of changing anything at this time. |
