Ientered the country with a B1 visa
I was then subsequently issued a I20, and a F1 status for the INS. I want to go vacation. If I have the back of the I20 signed by an ISA, are there any issues when I am departing or returning from the country with immigration officers. Do I need to go to the American embassy in my country before i re-enter given that I left with the intent of being a visitor and then entering the country with the "fraudulent intent" Any info wil be of help. |
