after i have completed 1 or 2 years of education. would that make it easier for me to get a permanent resident visa? |

If you get a BA it's going to be much easier for
employers to sponsor you for an H-1 visa and later on for a Green Card. An Associate degree is less usefull but it is still better than nothing. To get an H-1 without a degree you would have to prove you have something like 12 years of work experience. I don't think 1 year in school will help you to get any kind of visa. |
