You mean you left USA and you do not have I 94 anymore, right?
if so, than you do not need to have it , because once you leave U.S.A. they take your I 94 in the airport and when you planning to come back you will get this I 94 form (new one) in the airplane while flying to USA. You only will need to fill it out and show it at immigration at the airport in US. |

Dear Sachin,
It is the responsibility of the airline to collect your I-94 when you're leaving, and not doing so will be looked upon as their negligence. Even so, it would be wise to have your boarding pass (if not, your old ticket or any other record) to show that you never overstayed and left before being out of status. You shouldn't have any problems. Sincerely, Babak |
