i went to high school here and i planned on going to this one college.I was accepted and everything, but at the last minute i am thinking of not going there at all because it is very expensive and my familiy is going through a financial crisis. So now i want to transfer to another college but i have to wait another four months for that. So would it be illegal for me to wait those months? What should i do? Who should i contact? |

In my opinion you would be considered out of status if you don't go to this college. Normally an international student can go to an ESL school for couple of months but in your situation it's somewhat unlikely an ESL would accept you. You could try to find some other school with a short admission process as a temporary solution to maintain your status. |
