Hi, My F1 visa expired in May. I graduated my language course in June, and I enrolled another school in July. I have I-20 from my current school. Am I illegal, because my visa expired? |

As long as you have maintained valid student status and have been through the correct process of changing school and getting new I-20, you are fine. Visa will be needed when you get out of U.S.A. and want to enter. |
