Dear:
I have a situation such as: my cousine who is in the ESLI program and this program is the one help her to get I-20 from West Kenturky University so she proccess her visa from the U.S embassy. But my family is in Los Angelse, and we would like her to stay in LA, so is that possible to get a new I-20 from other school and withdraw from WKU and refund her tuition? Thank you |
