For an overview of tax obligations for internationals students, go to dreamschools.com. Look for the tax section in the the American life section.
Taxes are hard to understand. Ask your advisor if your obligated to file tax forms. If you're working illegally be careful of filing tax forms although I've been told the INS doesn't communicate at all with the IRS. |
