Hello, I have been selected with partial ($ 10k out of the $ 24k) financial aid to a Ph.D. program. I can manage the remaining only for the 1st yr. Upon expressing my inability to support myself for the subsequent yrs., my advisor said, it could be managed later. Do you think I should take his advise and join the univ. ? Also, without documentation of finances for subsequent yrs. would the univ. send me the I-20 ? |
