Hello everyone. On this site, for the first time, I read that:
It's almost impossible to get a visa from a "third" country (not your home country, that is). As you might know, there is no US consulate in Iran, and there are certain designated countries for immigrant visas which Iranians should go to. Yet, I've heard that they can go to any country for a student visa. Can anyone confirm this?! Sincerely, Babak. |
