Urgent About transfer

This site is simply great it helps me a lot and i visit it regularly

I have transfered from a foreign institution to Adult continuting education program here in U.S then from there i transferred to a good U.S university.

I was a senior in the adult education program and i would graduate in the month of may 2002.

In the new university all my grades from india has not been transferred so i am in my freshmen year. I have petitioned for transfer of credits they said they will look at it. but i think they are not going to transfer it.

I have not fully transferred to the new university i have yet to submit my I-20 to the New university.

I am in a dilienma now because i could graduate from a adult continuing program( certified by the local accridation) by may 2002 or else wait for another 3 years to graduate from a good school.

What would you say.
