If you don't owe the school anything, they can't refuse to transfer your files...
You should go in person to the school you would like to transfer to and explain your situation. ESL schools are not difficult to get in. But one thing is for sure... they cannot refuse to transfer your files and if you get accepted in another school, they will want the files from your previous schools... |
