Hi, I'm out-of-status and reinstatement was denied by the INS. So I was wondering would it prevent me from getting the GreenCard if I overstay even if I marry my girlfriend who is a American citizen? |

Hello there,
I think you had better talk to a lawyer about this. I had the same situation as well.... my lawyer told me get marry with a citizen may be the only way..but each case are different.. you might still have problem with INS or you might get lucky... talk to a good and trustable lawyer ASAP! |
