I've been in U.S. for three years already, i'm going to University next year; if I want to go back to China during the summer, do I need to get another visa when I'm trying to come back here? |

This depends on whether you're planning to return with the same visa catagory that you entered the U.S. with before. Did you come on an F-1 visa before? Is it expired? If yes to both, then have your int'l. student advisor sign your I-20 before you leave.
If you came on some other visa type, then apply to a school and get an I-20 form before you leave. Go to the U.S. consulate and apply for an F-1 visa. Good luck. |
