I'm a deafblind person considering studying for a BA
in the USA. Can anyone tell me whether I would have to fund support (interpreter, braille transcription etc) myself or whether universities fork the bill for this. Also, does anyone know if I would be eligible for assistance from other organisations, such as VR for things like mobility and orientation lessons. Also, is it harder to get medical insurance if you have a disability? Thanks, Jane |
