I transfered school in the spring of 2001 (more than a year ago) but i didn't know i had to get a new I-20 form from my present college. Now i'm undocumented in this college (i just knew that!!!!). However, my I-20 from my previous college has not expired yet,and neither does my I-94 card. Is that a problem NOW to ask the school to issue an I-20 form for me??? after 3 semester in this college???????? Can i get reinstated into status in this school???? |

If the mistake is an honest one, and if you have not done anything else that implies ststau violation (i.e. outside work, not being fulltime), you may get your reinstatement.
You MUST talk to your Int. Student Advisor ASAP. |
