Ok, my F1 was denied last year but Im still here, and I just found out that I could still go to college and pay in state tuition but I need some kind of state identification so I ran to the ID and DL department but was told that I needed at least a tax identification number, now my question: how long does it take to receive an ITIN number by mail, and how long if you just walk in the local IRS office? Thanks buddies, |
