Hi,
My OPT is expired and H1 is in progress, can I go to work? or I can work but can't get paid? Thanks for any helps. |

You cannot legally work without a valid work permit.
As for working without pay while awaiting for your work visa, the Department of Labor would have big problems with this, though your employer may want to take the risk. |
