hello,
i am a doctor presently doing my masters in public health in the usa, being on an F-1 VISA. IF a hospital sponsors me for an H-1 visa should there be any problem with the university or the ins? can i leave my studies and start working?pleae let me know as it is urgent. |

You can change your status to H-1. You can't leave
your studies and start working untill your application is approved by the INS. Marrying a green-card holder creates many problems. It's better to wait until your partner gets citizenship. |
