If I apply for my F1 in UK, then come to US on my waiver free visa. Can I have it sent to me here? or can I change it here at a boarder once they approved it in the UK?
I know I can be here for 90 days before the start of classes. I want to come now to take tests and such. So if I apply for the F1 while I am still here in UK, can I come over to US and wait for it to go thru is my question. Or, do I have to go back when its approved, and come back again on it? |

If you're in the 'States on a visa waiver and are subsequently approved for an F-1 visa back in the U.K., you'd have to return home and re-enter the U.S. with the F-1 visa in order to continue your studies in F-1 status. |
