Hi I came to the US with a B-1 visa. I wanna change my status to a F-1 by attending ESL. Could I do it over here & I need to know which is the school. I am located in Tustin, California. Please advise.

You could just look through the Yellow Pages and find an English school in your area. If you want to do it in a more high-tech way try these:

To be honest I think Yellow Pages could be better.

I have been asking around and the fees for these schools are really expensive plus they will need me to provide them with a bank statement to prove that I am qualified. Due to the fact that I could not afford such expensive fees,is there any schools that are low cost and can let me apply for an I-20.
