Hi,
If anyone can answer this I'd really appreciate it. My G/F is a canadien university student who will be visiting the USA for 4 months this summer with a J-1 visa allowing her to work. She was planning on returning in the fall and graduating in December but just found out she will be a few credits short. The question is can she legally take summer courses in the US (assuming credits are transferable and accepted by her school) since the summer sessions start and end well within the time she's legally able to be here with the J-1. Thank you for any help you might be able to give us. |
