Hi. I have an b2 visa, and have applied for an f1 visa since May. Since I really wanted to get into the college's program this fall, I am currently taking the prerequisites needed for the Fall program this Summer and had just finished Spring classes. My problem is that I still haven't received my F1 approval and my B2 visa will expire this August! What are my options? Should i go back to my home country by the time my B2 visa expire? Is it legal for me to stay here in the US while waiting for my F1 approval? What are my options if my F1 application is denied? Can my school appeal on my behalf? |
