What happens if INS don't answer about the reinstatement after 90 days. What you can do??
Can you go back home even if you sent to INS your I 94. |

Yes. If you then return in legal status, you won't have to concern yourself with whatever the previous incident was that put you out-of-status. Just continue on as a full-time student with your new I-20, I-94, etc. |
